Data Deletion

Citizenship 2027 for Android (com.makekk.civics) · published by makekk · last updated

Citizenship 2027 has no account and no server of ours, so there is no profile of you anywhere for us to delete. Everything the app stores lives on your own phone, and you can remove it yourself, immediately, without asking us.

Delete everything

Use Settings → Reset all progress, or uninstall the app. That removes your dates, state, progress, mock interviews, bookmarks and settings, and cancels reminders.

On Android you can also clear the app’s data in your phone’s Settings → Apps → Citizenship 2027 → Storage → Clear storage.

Your phone’s backup and exported files

A copy in your phone’s backup belongs to your Google account, not to us: turn backup off or delete device backups in your Google account. Progress files you exported are wherever you saved them; delete them there.

Analytics, crash reports and the advertising identifier

Analytics and crash reports are tied to a Firebase installation identifier, not to your name. Uninstalling ends that identifier, and Google deletes the old data on its own retention schedule. Reset or delete your advertising identifier in your phone’s settings.

Your purchase

Google Play keeps the record of a Pro purchase in your Google account’s order history. We do not hold your payment details.

If you would still like to make a request

Write to civics@makekk.com. We will confirm what is and is not held (for an app with no account and no server, nothing that identifies you) and delete any email you sent us.
